WHO ARE LATIMER?

Latimer is the property development arm of the largest registered social housing provider in the UK, Clarion Housing Group. We build homes of all tenures and reinvest any surplus generated back into the Group to further support our social purpose – providing high quality homes for those that need them the most.

We are the Master Developer for this exciting new community, with responsibility for ensuring the long term stewardship and ambitions for the project area delivered.

What sets Latimer apart is a long-term commitment to the people who live in our homes. Our model is not to build and then move onto the next site. We are long-term stewards of place, committed to making a difference by building sustainable and thriving communities. We will give residents, stakeholders, community groups and individuals in the surrounding neighbourhoods and the wider area the opportunity to learn more about our proposals, and critically invite them to help shape them.

The surplus from our developments is reinvested into Clarion Housing Group to build more affordable homes, improve and maintain existing social homes and support communities through our charitable foundation, Clarion Futures.

Latimer is recognised as an industry leader in innovation and sustainability, and we were awarded the Next Generation Benchmark Silver Award in 2022 in recognition – the highest placed registered provider in the UK.
